Leather Jackets/Coats/Boots/Heels/Large Bags -$3 Registered Postage Fee $2.25 per item Total Payment Total USD*1.35 + Shipping Fee + Postage Fee + Handling Fee Self Collection Only available at Choa Chu Kang MRT Station during weekdays Lost Mails We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items for normal mails. Registered postage is strongly encouraged. Exchange/Refunds -All goods dispatched will be carefully checked and are in good condition. We will not be responsible for any damages caused in the process of delivery. -Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless its due to the supplier’s mistake. -Refund will not be given after payment is made other than in the event that the item is out of stock. Cancellation of order/Spree -We reserve the right to cancel the spree if responses are not good or items are out of stock. -There will not be any cancellation or editing of orders after making payment. Therefore, please consider carefully before making your order. Payment -Payment is to be made within 2 working days upon confirmation of order. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment after the deadline. -Payment can be made via internet banking/ATM bank transfers to POSB Savings 209-54425-3. -Please retain your receipt as in the event that our records do not show your payment transaction, we will need you to provide a snapshot of it. Shipping -It takes 2-3 weeks for us to receive the shipment from Zipia. -We will then send out your orders within 3 working days and it will take another 3-4 days to reach you. -We will notify you through email and update the site if there is any delay in shipping.
